Fare la notte in bianco - To have a sleepless night
Passare la notte in bianco - To spend a night without sleep
Non chiudere occhio - To not sleep
Ecco alcuni esempi semplici:
Ero in ansia, così ho fatto un’altra notte in bianco. - I was anxious, so I didn’t sleep at all again.
Scusa, non ci ho fatto caso. Ho passato la notte in bianco ieri sera. - Sorry, I wasn’t paying attention. I didn’t sleep at all last night.
Non ho chiuso occhio. - I didn’t sleep.
