Cosa si chiamano quelle persone? Si può usare l’aggettivo “stacanovista.”
Ecco tre esempi:
Capisco che questo progetto ha una scadenza ravvicinata, ma devi prenderti cura di se stessa! Non è sano essere una stacanovista così. - I understand that this project has a tight deadline, but you have to take care of yourself. It’s not healthy to be a workaholic like this.
Qual è la differenza fra le persone stacanoviste e i gran lavoratori? - What’s the difference between workaholics and great workers?
Per tanti anni, ero una stacanovista ma ora provo a trovare un equilibrio fra la vita e il lavoro. - For many years, I was a workaholic, but now I’m trying to find a balance between life and work.
Grammar note: You wouldn’t change the adjective to match both masculine and singular (as "stacanovisto). It's "stacanovista" both for masculine and feminine. However, it's "stacanovisti" or "stacanoviste" in the plural for feminine and masculine, respectively.
