You’ve FINALLY decided to take your dream trip to Italy, and you’ve wisely chosen Tuscany as the primary region. (You really like wine, and Chianti is doing a pretty good job.)
And while you’ve learned how to order food at a restaurant and get around, you want to be able to linguistically make your way around a wine tasting beyond saying stuff like, “Ooh, that’s good” or “Nope, I don’t like it.”
In short, you want to sound more refined, and that’s exactly what I’m here to help you do.
However, given my limited wine knowledge, I asked for help from Rachel (who knows wines as much as she loves them) and Carlotta.
