How to Use 'Cioè' in Italian

Vado in Italia fra due mesi, cioè in giugno.

Oggi vediamo una parola che amo e che uso tanto in italiano (mostly because I’m always correcting what I really wanted to say), and that’s “cioè”.

Cioè can mean:

• In other words

• Here’s a better way to say it

• I mean...

• More specifically
